what is t8 T5 led tube light
In the LED tube light industry, the letter "T" represents the diameter of the tube, and the number represents the circumference. Therefore, a T5 tube refers to a tube with a circumference of 5 cm, and a T8 tube refers to a tube with a circumference of 8 cm. The diameter of a T5 tube is 8/5 inches, or about 16 mm. The diameter of a T8 tube is 1 inch or about 25 mm. G13 tube light G means gap 13, and the 2-pin gap is about 12.6-13 MM.

T8 and T5 led tube light installation
1. Insert the pins of the LED tube into the slots on both ends of the fixture.
2. Turn the tube clockwise 90 degrees.
3. Turn on the power and the light will turn on. If the light does not turn on, remove the tube turn it in the opposite direction and tighten it again.
Integrated T8 and T5 LED tube light installation
1. Install the clips on the wall at the corresponding position.
2. Adjust the position of the clips accurately.
3. Press the lamp holder into the clips to complete the installation.
4. It is recommended to connect five or six LED tube lights in series.
5. The LED tube lights can be seamlessly connected.
6. Use connecting wires at corners.

- Double-ended LED tubes have two terminals, one for L and one for N.

2. Check if the contacts on both ends of the fixture are in good contact (turn the LED tube in the opposite direction and tighten it again).
3. If the LED tube is dim or flickering, it means the LED tube is damaged and needs to be replaced with a new one.
4. LED tubes that have been used for more than two years are prone to failure. If you have tried multiple methods and still cannot get the LED tube to turn on, you can determine that the LED tube is burned out and needs to be replaced with a new one.

If it is an inductive ballast (which will have a starter) fixture, you just need to remove the starter.
